A1: First of all, this should not happen. Check system configuration and update FlexLM version and CFX Version. The server will release the license after 1 hour. Restart License Manager or reread license file to force immediate release.
A2: Licensed feature can be killed by LM admin. He should log in to the Server and post the following command:
lmutil lmremove [feature] [user] [lic_server] [client]
License Status can be gathered by lmstat
