Why does this long transient get slower the longer it runs in ANSYS 8.1?

This is a system-dependent problem caused by multi-point restarts and increased memory used to read the load history file (file.ldhi). This error is fixed in ANSYS 9.0 [Ref: Defect 22622] You can turn off multi-point restarts by issuing RESCONTROL,DEFINE,NONE. |
