At our support department we regularly receive workbench files without a notice in which version it is created.
For traditional ANSYS files one can use Notepad or Wordpad to see at the first line in which version the file was
created. Is there a way to see from the .dsdb or .agdb file in which version these files were created?

There is no similar way to do this for .dsdb file, but the .agdb file does have the version and build date in ascii type in the file. Search for the string 'Design' and you will see it. |
