Customer is getting the following error when trying to install CFX 10.0 service pack on a Linux machine:

What is causing the install of the service pack to fail?


The customer thought that the service pack was a complete installation and uninstalled CFX 10.0, which is what caused the problem.

The CFX service pack is a modification to the standard release.
The CFX 10.0 installation must exist in order to install the service pack.
