Why isn't thermal strain ramped during the first load step? I am using
TUNIF to apply thermal strain to a nonlinear model and it is hurting convergence
to have the thermal strain step applied.


This is documented in Table 2.13 of the Basic Analysis Guide, but to reinforce
the point we will add the following to footnote 2 at 11.0: "Since TUNIF is step applied
in the first iteration, to ramp on a uniform temperature load use BF,All,Temp,Value."
We will also add these words to the command documentation of BFUNIF,TEMP as it works
the same way.
