Why does long transient dynamic analysis of plastic pipe produce different results at each release?

Your model is not constrained in the out of plane direction and your loading produces high compressive residual stresses in the pipe which are initially symmetric, but depending on machine accuracy will eventually produce out of plane buckling. |
