In a CFX-10.0 simulation setup (2 phases with many domains), starting the CFX solver always lead to an error:
*** INSUFFICIENT CATALOGUE SIZE ***
Action required : Increase the file catalogue size.
The recommended action, i.e. increasing the factor "Catalogue Size Multiplier" in the ccl, does not have any influence, however.

Increasing the factor "Catalogue Size Multiplier" is not enough in some rare cases, because the first estimation of memory for the MMS is not influenced by the factor "Catalogue Size Multiplier". The appropriate action to be taken here, independent if the solver is started from command line or from the Solver Manager, is to start the solver with the additional argument -size-mms x with a multiplier x > 1. |
