How can I find bad elements in an unconverging nonlinear solid117 model in Simulation 10.0?

The BH curves may not be the problem. When I run your model
I get pivot messages which is unusual. I converted all the
elements which use BH curves to air and got some B values
as high as 7 in element 220487. This element is very thin
and is probably causing your convergence problems, because
it uses a BH curve (material 26.)

Since mesh checking is not done in Workbench it will probably
be necessary for you to do something like this "air test" before
running your real properties, just to check for very badly
shaped elements. You could also use the mesh metric in FEModeler
to determine the area to volume ratio for elements in different
parts of the model.
