In ANSYS Release 10.0, the maximum number of load steps for a multi-frame restart analysis is 9,999. If you attempt to restart from load step 10,000, ANSYS will issue the following error message, `You cannot restart an analysis with a load step number larger than 9999`. This behavior is known and intended. It is necessary to set a `hard` limit for the allowable number of load steps available for restarting. |
