Workbench 10.0 works fine. Workbench 11.0 crashes when moving between modules. What causes this?

Tried turning down the `accelerator` settings for the graphics driver, and the crashing trouble apparently stopped.

The laptop is an IBM Thinkpad R51 laptop (now Lenovo), running Windows XP SP2.

The graphics card in the laptop is the ATI Mobility Radeon 9000.

The ATI web site does not have a recent update to the graphics card driver, but the IBM site does:

<a target=_blank href="http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-41918">http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-41918</a>http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-41918

The desired latest driver software is:

<a target=_blank href="ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/1rd635ww.exe">ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/1rd635ww.exe</a>ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/1rd635ww.exe

Customer had to uninstall the old driver first and reboot. Once the customer had the new driver installed and the computer rebooted again, a test of Workbench FE Modeler and a switch to the Simulation module worked. The machine has not crashed so far (just 1 test).

It appears that ANSYS Workbench 11.0 will be sensitive to the use of updated graphics drivers.
The Windows Update from Microsoft does not do this update for the laptop`a user has to seek it from the appropriate hardware builder.
