Class 3 Error
SYMPTOM:
The solids shear and bulk viscosity terms in the momentum equations are incorrect when using the kinetic theory model.
PROBLEM:
This is due to the code adding these model terms, which include a volume fraction effect, prior to a generic volume fraction weighting step. This means the terms are too small by a factor of vol
