SYMPTOM:
When importing a case with non-constant physics, for example a case with different fluids in two disjoint domains, the Fluids List in one domain is modifed to be the same as in the other. This leads to the physics of the case being changed, potentially with the user not being aware.
PROBLEM:
This is due to CFX-Pre not noting that the case has non-constant physics.

WORKAROUND: Use the Environment Variable CFX5_NO_CONSTANT_PHYSICS. FIXED IN: ANSYS CFX Release 11.0 Update 1. The code has been modified to automatically allow non-constant physics if such a case is imported, that is essentially setting the environment variable for the user. |
