Bring up the Parameter Manager in Simulation. Here, each parameter has an ID assigned to it (P1, P2, etc.). In the field that says "Expression," type in the expression that will define your Simulation input parameter to update with the imported CAD parameter.
Example: To be able to specify the pressure P2 on a region, P2 will need to update as the hole diameter P1 is updated. In the expression field next to pressure, type in your expression (e.g., P1*5. The same can be done for the Point Mass and other features. These expressions will also persist and update if the model is taken into DesignXplorer.
