I am interested in "Automeshing a GaAs FET", but there is no GaAs directory or GaAs step1.mod, step2.mod, ... files. There is only GaAs.mod. Where can I get the GaAs example directory?

The GaAs FET example referred to in the Help file is obsolete. Attached to this solution is part of the TAS class manual with the step-by-step process and the FET Preprocessor Users Manual. This is an option to TAS to automatically build these types of models. |
