Yes, please see the attached ANSYS 11.0 SP1 example. Since the multiframe restart file.rdb does not know any information after the SOLVE command, you need to save parameter data, etc. to a file for later use. Further, an element that is killed and brought back to life needs to be strained further to show any strain. The stress and strain records are wiped out when it gets killed, so you are starting from scratch, so to speak. |
