Residuals for multidomain problems are combined provided the domains are connected together and the domains are of the same type. In most cases, this is convenient and compact. In some cases, it can be useful to report the domain residuals separately in the solver output file.

Separate residual output can be obtained by setting the following CCL parameter: FLOW: OUTPUT CONTROL: RESIDUALS: Option = Full END END END Create a file with the above CCL in it and either import into CFX-Pre or run with the -ccl option in the solver. Alternatively, right click with the mouse on the output control object in CFX-Pre and add the CCL manually to the hierarchy. Note that the domain residuals are already available for plotting in the solver manager. The setting described only affects the solver output file. |
