In CFX-Post, is there a way to output the numerical data from an existing chart into a table?

ANSWER:

When you make a chart in CFX-POST, you should see a button 'Export' next to the 'Apply' button. Clicking that produces a '.csv' file that will have some header information in it. If you double click on that, it opens in Microsoft Excel.

Suppose you wanted to import such a table in CFX-Pre? Make a copy of it and change the extension to .txt. It is now a simple text file. Put it in an editor and remove all the header information so that the first pair of data is the first line.

You can import into a table by choosing 'Insert> 'Functions > User Function.' Then in the while space under Interpolation data (under Coordinate, Value) right click and choose import.
