KNOWN ISSUE: Supersonic inlets of multicomponent flow or real gases (Class 3 Error)

The conversion of total to static temperature using the Newton fit method (non-ideal gases, mixtures, etc.) fails on inlet boundaries with a specified total temperature and no specified total pressure. An incorrect value is consequently used for the static temperature at the inlet, which may not be noticeable to the user.

For compressible flows, the clipping type for temperature is set to DECREASING and the clipping factor is set to 0.9. The initial guess for the Newton method is the specified total temperature at the inlet, and hence the Newton iteration will stop at 0.9*TTOT which is then used as a wrong value for the static temperature.

No workaround is currently available.
