User should check the system settings in their Windows Vista machine. Click on "Start -> Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> System -> Performance Options" to view the Visual Effects Settings. If the setting is set to "Custom" and "Use visual styles on windows and buttons" is selected, change the Visual Effects setting to "Adjust for best performance". This should fix the problem. |
