How to create additional thermal resistance normal to source terms

You can create additional thermal resistance normal to source term using the following method
1. Create a dummy solid block adjacent to the source of the same size of the block and a small height (1/20 of the length).
2. Create a new material with orthotropic conductivity with conductivity = 1 (constant) and kinplane = 0.01 and knormal = 1000.
3. Apply the thermal resistance to the opposite side of this dummy block with appropriate thermal reistance required.
