KNOWN ISSUE: Custom files are not used when run started from Solver Manager

SYMPTOM: When cases that have been created in CFX-Pre and use custom files (e.g. RULES, VARIABLES) are started from the Solver Manager, the files are not used even though it is reported that they are. Usually the case will fail with errors related to invalid CCL, but the specific type of failure will depend on which custom files have been used for the case. PROBLEM: This is due to a bug in the Solver Manager. It uses the installation version of the files and does not read those in the custom directory. WORKAROUND: Run the solver from the command line, and then monitor the run from the Solver Manager. FIXED IN: No fix is currently available. |
