KNOWN ISSUE: Solver does not apply Fluid-Specific Velocity at wall (Class 3 Error)

SYMPTOM: If a Fluid-Specific Wall Velocity has been specified for an Eulerian multiphase calculation, then the CFX-Solver does not apply the velocities correctly to each phase. Instead, it applies one of the velocity specifications to both phases. PROBLEM: This is due to a coding error in the CFX-Solver. WORKAROUND: No workaround is currently available. FIXED IN: ANSYS CFX Release 14.0. A custom executable for ANSYS CFX Release 13.0 is available on request. |
