KNOWN ISSUE: Solver fails for cases with Buoyancy and Source Points

SYMPTOM: If any Source Points are included in a case with Buoyancy, then the solver fails with an error similar to the following during the first iteration or timestep: Details of error:- ---------------- Error detected by routine PEEKI CDANAM = ../ELS_LOGTYPE CRESLT = ADRS Current Directory : /FLOW/MESH/TSTEP1/CLOOP1/ZN1/SP1 CAUSE: This is a bug in the solver. WORKAROUND: A custom executable for ANSYS CFX Release 13.0 is available on request. FIXED IN: ANSYS CFX Release 14.0. |
