Problem Description: An Academic user is trying to run ICEM R12.0 and receives the following Error message inside the ICEM window: Problem Resolution: Verify that the User's License preferences are set to "Use Academic Licenses" Windows Start->All Programs->ANSYS 12.0->Ansys Client Licensing->User License Preferences Linux/Unix CD to /ansys_inc/shared_files/licensing/lic_admin/anslic_admin Choose > Set License Preferences for User "Username" See attached Resolution Document. |
