Problem Description: When installing ANSYS 12.1 on a Windows 64bit machine the following two error messages appear: ------------------------------------ The program or feature "<path_to_install>util7zip7z.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available. ------------------------------------ Comments: This problem is caused by WinZip. The WinZip application cannot extract ISO files that are over 4GB in size. Resolution: You will need to download a different application in order to extract ANSYS 12.1 ISO file for Windows 64-bit.
