*Problem Description* After updating to Ansys WB Version 12.1 and trying to load "Design Modeler" in the WB project menu, when clicking on the icon "DM (geometry)"; you receive the following error message: "Failed to initialize DSPlugInAGM.dll" *Resolution 1* Run the ProductConfig.exe from C:Program FilesAnsys Incv121commonfilestoolswinx64 directory, This should resolve the problem. *Resolution 2* Install the ANSYS prerequisites. Rerun the "Setup.exe" file from your installation media and select "Install Required Prerequisites". |
