*Problem Description* After installing SV31 (2008): Special Version for SolidEdge unable to use the Plugin. There is a problem with the executable as it appends an extra `ANSYS Inc` entry to the path. *Resolution* 1.Rename the DSPlugInSEU.dll from C:Program FilesAnsys Incv110AISOLCAD IntegrationSolid Edgewinx64 to DSPlugInSEU.dll.old. 2.Run the executable (AP110SP1SV31_winx64.exe) from the ANSYS Customer Portal download area 3.Copy two files "registerDLLs.exe" and " DSPlugInSEU.dll" from C:Program FilesAnsys Inc ANSYS Inc V110AISOLCAD IntegrationSolid Edgewinx64 to C:Program FilesAnsys Incv110AISOLCAD IntegrationSolid Edgewinx64 4.Once you have copied the two files to C:Program FilesAnsys IncV110AISOLCAD IntegrationSolid Edgewinx64 you can register this by double-clicking on the registerDLLs.exe file. NOTE: There will be a patch posted soon on the ANSYS Customer Portal. |
