Windows 2000 1.Click on the Start Menu, Programs (or All Programs), Accessories, System Tools. 2.Choose System Information. 3.Click the Action Menu, Save As System Information File. 4.Send this file to installation support. Windows XP 1.Click on the Start Menu, Programs, Accessories, System Tools. 2.Choose System Information. 3.Click on the File Menu, Save. 4.Choose a Filename and a location to save the file. Make sure you are saving the file as a System Information File .NFO 5.Send this file to installation support. |
