FLUENT 6 - Error: open_udf_library: The system cannot find the path specified - Windows

You first read in your compiled UDF using FLUENT serial. The libudf directory once loaded in serial is hardcoded in the case file. When you attempt to open it in parallel it cannot locate the UDF directory. Keywords open_udf_library, open udf library.
