Improve DO radiation modeling results for high optical thickness

Typically, for glass melting furnace simulation, DO radiation modeling is recommended if the user wants to include the effect of semi-transparent
radiation and non-gray radiation. The other radiation models such as Rosseland or P1 do not have these features. However, for high optical
thicknesses, which can be true for large depth glass furnaces, grid spacing need to be reduced resulting in a much finer grid near the walls.

The accuracy for DO radiation model can be increased significantly for high optical thickness by turning on second order discretization scheme command given below:

(rpsetvar 'disco/scheme 1)

The default is set to first order scheme with 'disco/scheme 0. By turning on second order, the grid spacing can be increased while maintaining accuracy.
